HIM Co SpA – High Italian Manufacturing signs license agreement with Capasa Milano.
Him Co, a group born from the acquisition by the Italian management of the industrial companies
that were part of the former Onward Luxury Group, announces the new licensing agreement with the new brand Capasa Milano, for which it will manage the production and distribution license of footwear.
Him Co, leader in the Made in Italy production and distribution of ready-to-wear and footwear, thus adds
to its portfolio of global licenses a new name in Italian fashion, which it will undertake to support in its strategic growth path. Him Co will also follow – in conjunction with the Milan Fashion week- the sales campaign of Capasa Milano, welcoming the collection in its showroom in Via Orobia 34, Milan.
Starting from the autumn-winter 2022 season, Him Co will contribute to the positioning of the Capasa Milano footwear line, a brand that recalls the style of its founder Ennio Capasa: taut and essential, even more open to contamination and dialogue. The main objective of the brand is to involve the community
that will be created around the brand in an active way, activating ways of comparison that lead to the exchange of ideas and proposals.
Thanks to the contribution of excellence in the production of Him Co, the Capasa Milano brand will focus
on products that combine the maximum of tailoring with the maximum of technology: laser cutting and nanotechnology instead of scissors and sewing machines without sacrificing the hand stitches; 3D design and customization pushed. Technology integrated with the safeguarding of artisan knowledge and Made in Italy, because progress lies in the fusion of knowledge. A tailoring approach, therefore, extended from ready-to-wear to accessories and beyond, in transparency and traceability.
Thanks to the collaboration with Him Co, Capasa Milano will be able to pursue the search
for a timeless modernity that is realized in the proposal of limited series that will come out at regular intervals and timeless pieces imagined to have a long life.
“Less but better, scarcity instead of excess supply: the opposite of disposable” Ennio Capasa.
