Antonio Marras and Calzedonia Group have signed an agreement for the Verona-based group to enter the capital of Antonio Marras Srl.
Under the agreement, Calzedonia Group will provide its experience in retail and production, as well as its financial strength, to develop the potential of the well-known Sardinian fashion designer.
Antonio Marras will continue to devote himself to the creation and production of unique clothes, accessories, furnishings and anything else inspired by his art.
Sandro Veronesi said, “This agreement represents our group’s entry into a world of high exclusivity and creativity that is new to us and therefore to be approached with prudence and respect. However, we are convinced that the art and intuition of Antonio Marras supported by our organization can bear excellent fruit.”
Antonio Marras: “I am happy to have concluded this agreement with Sandro Veronesi. I will finally be able to devote myself exclusively to the ‘creative aspect certain that by my side there are professionals of the highest caliber who will accompany me in this new adventure.”
The agreement includes Calzedonia Group’s purchase of eighty percent of Antonio Marras and investments adequate to fully relaunch the brand.
